For Just1Buzz, this information is used to deliver call capture, caller SMS, missed-call alerts, dashboard analytics, device management, provisioning and support. Without it the Just1Buzz service cannot function (e.g., BuzzBoxx must be online to intercept and log calls).
2.3 Just1Buzz Call & Lead Information
Just1Buzz is a call-capture service. Depending on your plan, MACB/Just1Buzz may process information associated with telecommunications and lead-capture activity. This may include:
- Telephone numbers, caller and recipient numbers
- Call date and time, duration, status & routing information
- SMS or messaging metadata & configured response messages
- Service configuration information & device/account information associated with the communication
We process this call/lead data to deliver the Just1Buzz service you subscribed to: instant missed-call SMS, caller notification, dashboard reporting, and follow-up analytics. MACB/Just1Buzz does not use the content of your end-customer communications for purposes unrelated to providing or improving Just1Buzz unless permitted by law or authorized by you. If you are a Business Customer (see §18), you are responsible for notices/consents to your own callers.
2.4 Information Collected Automatically on just1buzz.com
When you visit just1buzz.com or macbitsolutions.com, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, logs, analytics technologies, pixels, or similar technologies. This may include:
- IP address, browser & device information, operating system
- Referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access
- Approximate geographic information derived from IP address

If you provide a telephone number and consent to receive SMS or other messages from Just1Buzz (operated by MACB IT Solutions LLC) or a Just1Buzz-powered service at just1buzz.com, your number may be used to send the messages you requested. Message and data rates may apply depending on your telecommunications provider. You may opt out of applicable SMS communications by following the instructions provided in the relevant message or contacting us. For communications generated through a customer-configured Just1Buzz service, the customer operating that service may also have responsibilities regarding consent, messaging practices, telephone-number use, and applicable telecommunications laws.
SMS and Mobile Information — Just1Buzz
Just1Buzz (a service of MACB IT Solutions LLC) respects the privacy of mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information.
No mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or messaging preferences, will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, cloud service providers, technology providers, and other service providers only when reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, or maintain the requested Just1Buzz service, or when required by law.
SMS consent information is specific to the applicable Just1Buzz messaging program and is not sold, rented, transferred, or used to enroll individuals in unrelated messaging programs.
Just1Buzz does not use mobile opt-in information to send unsolicited third-party marketing messages.
Message frequency varies depending on the service and the user's interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS messages and HELP for assistance.
